Estimated Delivery Times and Methods

Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service and leave our store within 2 business days (M-F, excluding holidays) upon receipt of payment, which is usually when the order is placed.  Exception include money order payments, questions in fulfilling your order or natural disasters which may disrupt shipping and fulfillment operations. 

Simply look for the logo to enjoy free media mail shipping on selected items throughout the store. (7-14 days)

*Standard Media Mail (7-14 days)  $2.95 & up, depending upon total size and weight of all items
*Priority Shipping (approximately 3-5 days) $5.50 and up depending upon total size weight of all items
Express Shipping (1-2 days) $19.95

There may be times of the year when Express Mail will not be an option.  Express Mail may not be available for all products.  Delivery times may vary depending upon the time of the year or unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, communication outages or other instances. You will be notified by email when your item is shipped.

Returns

We strive to offer a high quality, unique product line that you and your loved ones will enjoy.   Due to the personalized nature of our gifts, all sales are final as they cannot be resold.  We have provided sample storylines of personalized books with personalized fields in red to assist you in customizing your product.  We also offer an interactive CD tool to allow you to listen to pronounciations and samples of songs prior to purchase.  There are also sample DVDs available for you to watch.  Art gifts also use an interactive customizer tool.   Feel free to contact us at:

Mistakes in order or Misspellings

Mistakes occasionally happen.  If the mistake is ours, we will reprint your order and ship to you at no cost.  If the mistake is yours, we will reprint at 50% of your purchase price, however applicable shipping charges will apply.  Please check orders upon receipt and contact us within 7 days by email at:  amy@pricespersonalizedbooks.com or by phone at (276) 699-1299.

Exception include clearance or seasonal items which are no longer in stock.  In this case, a substitution can be made.
